The combination of diaphragm seals, pressure measuring devices, and monitoring elements is ideal for the most demanding and hygienic measurement tasks. This system withstands the cleaning steam temperatures generated during the SIP process and ensures an aseptic connection between the measuring medium and the diaphragm seal. The patented diaphragm monitor is specially designed to meet the highest safety requirements in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. The monitoring element is primarily used to transmit the state of the diaphragm as an electrical signal. Additionally, the state of the diaphragm is displayed on an analog dial face with red/green areas. In the event of a diaphragm rupture, the backup diaphragm within the pressure measuring device activates, ensuring reliable separation between pressure measurement and the process. The transmission medium inside the diaphragm is conveyed to the pressure measuring device due to the pressure exerted by the diaphragm seal. The clamp connection diaphragm seal is specially developed for use in aseptic processes, and depending on the clamp shape, it can be integrated into the process to ensure more hygienic process measurements.
